From the moment I sat foot in the store to ask them about a repair and tune-up on my Haibike, I already felt the warm welcome willingness to listen from Aliya (hope I spelt your name correctly) and mechanic Cam. They took the time to educate me even though I am admittedly a little... deficient say we say, in my bike knowledge. I am so thankful they went so far above and beyond to help and guide me. On the day of the pick-up, I could not believe my eyes because what stood before me looked nicer than the day I got it back in 2018. Matt, was also there, on that day and he very graciously helped me load the bike into my vehicle and coached me on how to safely transport it."

"Hand down the best Ebike store I've ever been to, a very lovely small little bike store with quality service. I had just recently puchased my ebike and about after a month both breaks were non functional. I dropped by and they diagnosed it on the spot was explained what needed to happen, fortunately for me it was a super easy quick fix and before i had thought it was going to be a daunting process but then they replaced my brake and adjusted everything to get my ebike smooth sailing again. I really rely on my my ebike for commuting and i did not expect to show up and have the problem resolved fixed and resolved in just mere minutes. This place definitely beats a high end larger store with men in business suits trying to sell you their brand of super expensive ebikes. this is the go to place if you want quality service from good people with any brand of ebike. affordable"
