"The clothes are fine, but the service is abysmal. It feels like the staff is actively avoiding customers so they don’t have to help. And if you need help in the dressing room, forget about it—no one will help, even if you yell. Try another location or order online."

"What a wonderful experience I had while shopping for gifts. Staff was attentive but not over bearing, the store manager went out of his way to track down an item from another store. Everybody was eager and cheerful despite it being a busy time in the store."

"Went into this store with my son in his stroller. They followed me around the store and it was the most uncomfortable shopping experience I have ever had. I will not be going back. I live and work right next to the place, so this is unfortunate. Lost many customers today by these actions."

"The manager with the slicked back gray hair is an awful human being. I frequently shop at this store and most of the staff is friendly particularly when he is not there. On the days I notice him there, you can see how the staff is much gloomier. During the last three visits, I heard him screaming at staff. Not raising his voice, full blown screaming. One was at a young girl after she didn’t ask me for a card. I’m a frequent shopper and she knows I have no interest in one. The other two were at other associates toward the back of the store. Banana Republic at this mall is not much better but at least they don’t have a manager who thinks he is the greatest gift on Earth. This is supposed to be a high end mall with quality service. I prefer the one at Fashion Place instead of this one."

"Worst customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I was given a full zip sweater for a gift. I was in the store the other day and saw something I liked a lot better. I told the employee that I had an item that I would like to exchange. I told her that it still had all of the tags and stickers, and hadn't even been unfolded yet. She gave me this put out look like I had just ruined her day, and proceeded to tell me that if i couldn't get the receipt from the person who gave it to me, I would have to bring the item in, surrender it, and then wait for a reduced amount check that is only usable at the Gap to come in the mail!!!!!! Are you kidding me? If this is how they deal with customers then I'm not EVER going to buy anything from them again. There are plenty of places that offer quality clothing where you can get light years better service. Most places I shop will take returns for cash without a receipt. Bringing in a brand new obviously unworn item for exchange is never an issue, and never should be!!!"
