"Great Prices – Even Better Service – Give Them a Try First, I am the world’s biggest skeptic and I virtually never write reviews, but now and then you stumble upon a merchant, like PayWut, deserving of accolades. I came across an item I really liked – a stretchy take on a baseball cap – in a local retail store. It was exactly what I had been looking for, but way more money than I was willing to pay for a hat to wear to the beach, an MLB game or while gardening. I decided to search for it online in hopes of finding it at a lower price. But no luck finding it at a better price – that is until I stumbled upon the PayWut website where I found the exact same item at a fraction (1/4 to be exact) of the retail price. I was a bit unsure of ordering from this obscure website – but I took a chance and ordered three of the hats (for less than the regular retail price of one) in different colors. When the package arrived, two of the hats were exactly what I ordered, but one was a completely different hat and nothing I would ever wear. So I called the customer service number and left a message – really not expecting to get a call back, let alone having the issue resolved. It turns out, I couldn’t have been more wrong. Within minutes I got a call back from David, one of the company owners. I explained the issue and sent him a quick picture of the items I received. Again, within minutes, he reached back out apologetically and with great humor acknowledging the error. He personally checked the inventory and pulled the correct item and even sent me a picture just to be sure it was right. Once I confirmed he had pulled the correct hat, he shipped out the correct item and even told me to keep the incorrect hat I had received – which I am donating. After my great buying and service experience I looked deeper at the PayWut website. They have adopted a business model in which they purchase liquidated and excess freight items at deep discounts and pass the savings along to their customers and auction buyers. They sell everything from apparel to home and automotive goods to electronics to grocery items and more. You may not always find everything you are looking for on any given day, but it is worth visiting their site periodically to find unbelievable finds at unbelievable prices. I know I will. Bottom line, this is a relatively new business, doing business in a very customer-centric way. I really hope they have long-term success, because they really deserve it. Give PayWut a try and see for yourself!"
