"I've just recently moved to the area from Alexandria, Louisiana, and the staff at Arden Hills have made it such a pleasant experience. They have been incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout this process. I couldn't have asked for better folks to rent from! In addition to that, the unit is fantastic! It's clean, I am modern, and in a great location (and very affordable). I'm so happy I found this place! Update: After one year and three months at Arden Hills, my wife and I moved into a house near Downtown Tulsa. I loved my time at this complex, though, and I’m so happy for the lovely memories made. It’s a great neighborhood, and the entire staff were always so helpful and friendly. The unit was clean, maintenance requests were handled with efficiency, and my neighbors were excellent. I could not be more pleased with my experience there, and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in South Tulsa!"

"Lived here for going on 4 years and genuinely couldn't imagine a better apartment complex. Great location, beautiful apartments, amazing management, reliable maintenance, and great neighbors. Anytime I've had any issue or question whether maintenance or security or leasing or anything at all, the staff is always kind, helpful, and prompt. Also worth noting that I've never had a problem with bugs, they are great about coming to do preventative treatment. Can't recommend the Arden Hills enough!"

"Quiet, clean complex, with huge balconies, good storage space, and in a convenient location. I have been here since early 2019. They have been responsive in fixing any issues I have had. Recently I had a clogged kitchen drain that I was not able to unclog myself and I had an issue with the drain cleaner not draining, causing fumes to fill the apartment. I contacted emergency maintenance for assistance, and they came out right away."

"It's a quiet and nice area to live. I have lived here since 2017. The apartments are older and are due for some upgrading. I have had good experiences with the office staff and maintenance staff. Stacy is a good property manager and is willing to work with you."

"Great apartment community in a beautiful area in Tulsa. The staff are friendly upon showing you around. The apartments are older but very well maintained and clean. I find that extremely important when looking for a new place to live. If the outside isn't cared for that says plenty. This place is always clean outside. The location is great and close to lots of places to eat and shop."
