"They rip off young airmen! They seem very nice at first, until you move out. And then they slam you with every fee imaginable. They claimed they require a “30 day notice” before my PCS. First of all, it’s a PCS, I don’t have to give you anything. But I physically couldn’t because I was TDY for training. They are now trying to charge me an extra $400 (the amount through 30 days). They told me if I bring in a memorandum from my leadership saying I was TDY, they would wave the fees. I give them this, and then they proceed to tell me ON THE DAY IM MOVING OUT that they’ll no longer accept my memorandum. They had weeks to tell me this. I am now sitting in their office, with my moving truck outside, with a paper I have to sign to agree to charges. I had no option but to agree to charges, I had to report to my duty station that day! They’re scam artists. Now I can’t do anything because I agreed to the charges. Don’t live here. You will get scammed when you move out. They want to take every penny of your PPM money that they can."

"Maintenance doesn’t actually fix anything. Dishwasher hasn’t worked right since we moved in, with it leaking multiple times even when maintenance has “fixed” it. Multiple times they have had to go in our backyard and have left the gate open allowing our dog out. One time they did this early in the morning and said nothing so unaware we let her out as usual when we get up, only for her to go on an adventure though the field behind us. The other time it wasn’t open wide enough for her to notice, but very unprofessional. Since we moved in we have had moisture issues especially when it rains. They came and “fixed” the issues a few times for nothing to actually be resolved. Neighbors are often loud and chain smoke. I don’t care if they’re outside, if we can smell it inside they’re must smoke there too. Just a suspicion, however.. They have also lied about letting us know they needed to come in for routine maintenance. Lying and saying they called us and left messages (neither of us had missed calls or voicemails from them), they said they left a sign on the door, at times they do but this particular instance they did not, so one day these men just walked into my home while I was taking a shower to do whatever it is they do. I’m pretty sure for all the trouble all they ever do is replace the air filter. The filter isn’t changed often enough if you let them do it. We have to change it out more often even using a standalone air purifier in the house as well, that is how poor the air quality is indoors. Repeatedly they have shut off our water thinking it’d help with water issues neighbors were having only for it not never work out that way. If it didn’t work the first three times why are you so insistent another three times will do the trick? Their text alerts don’t work at all. The water is shut off for different parts of the community several times a year and you’re told via email to fill buckets etc to help go without water for several hours. This is the short list… Pros? Short commute to work, low crime, fenced in yard, storm shelter in garage included. Utilities included."

"Used to be okay but the new manager is on a power trip. Literally giving notices the grass is too long in the middle of cutting it. Someone will put them in place sooner rather than later. Everybody’s replaceable."

"They were attentive until they weren't. They had regional corporate out to 'fix' issues and nothing was ever done past that. Our home had mice. It had mold. They covered up mold instead of ripping it out. They try 100x to repair broken doors and windows instead of replacing them. We repeatedly heard "they don't make it in that size anymore" which is why our doors were never replaced and as for fixed...I would barely call them fixed. They still let in pests and drafts. It turned out to be the worst year of our lives, genuinely. And don't get me started on move out costs. If I had ever known it would have been so bad I never would have lived on base."

"Staff is nice. Condition of the homes is subpar. And getting maintenance out to fix things is nonexistent. I have holes in the walls and ceilings from water damage for months. I can’t wait to move out. Not worth it. And they strategically only give you the survey card if you have positive things to say. It’s a shame."
