"I have rented from this group in the past and got a great house by Memorial Park. I had exceptional customer service and was never refused a kind ear for any concern. My yard was large and easily accommodated a dog, they were cool with me setting out a couple of gardens and cleaning up gardens which made me quite happy. I never had any security issues. The staff was great and we all got along just fine. I also really appreciated the office was local, so no trouble getting to them, or them to me. I easily recommend this service, and encourage you to look around, as these blue and gold signs are all over the city. Many houses may be lease purchase after a year. They sell houses as well and those may be former rentals, well cared for over time. The size, price and location was great for my family. The unit had small cottage features we loved. The fireplace had a dogwood ceramic motif common to this area, but I never learned why. The neighbors were of mixed race and ethnicity, age and gender. People looked out for each other and were involved in Central Park Neighborhood activities. There are multiple parks within walking distance, plenty of kids for my young daughter to play with. Bills for rent, HVAC and water/sewer were reasonable and it was a fun place to live and explore. The bus used to come by just down the street ,but that route was moved but is still in the area. There's schools of all sorts, shops, dining and things you need like LA Hair Design cuts are affordable. They still need to bring back the full service grocer, as this is an annoying loss to everyone in this area. I hope you see this is a bit of a snapshot not only about MetroFirst Realty, but also about areas they hold property in, in Greater Oklahoma City for rent, lease/purchase and sale. I think they also offer businesses and empty lots to build. Yeah!!!!"

"Had a very different experience than some reviewers here. There are several Metro First Realty Group locations, and I'm not sure all are equal, but every time the upstairs unit at a Plaza-era townhouse used a dishwasher, brown drainage water filled out sinks. After months of alerting them -- and sharing video and photo (see below) -- we finally left the property. It also had rain leaks in one window and mold in one closet. No deposit refund, of course. I'll never use Metro First again."
