"My son's experience with this apartment has been horrible, they have a big mouse problem. And management is slow to respond to what should be a immediate concern, it has take a week to get them just to send someone to look at the problem. My son's apartment has had 5+ mice killed within this last week, and so he sends pictures to management every time they have to kill one in their home. Managements response, "Please stop sending us emails!" Really!!"

"People are nice. Jones is WAY too loud, to the point my walls are shaking till 3 am. Happens 2-3 times per week. Again, staff is nice and helpful. But if you enjoy getting decent sleep, do not live here. Also, you spend way too much here to be dealing with homelessness. I’ve been followed into the elevator several times, and there was a homeless man sleeping in the elevator a couple mornings, my girlfriend was afraid to head to work. parking garage is constantly broken due to public parking. They try to get every penny they can out of this place lol. $30 a month for garbage service, but it’s unreliable when they come. I usually end up taking out the trash myself. You’re much better off renting a house for how much you spend here. Again, staff is 5/5. But the apartment itself is not worth the price"

"Avoid even applying at this place. They will charge you a $200 admin fee, the apartment deposit and an application fee even if you choose not to move here. They also lied to me about returning the deposit fee. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I should’ve listened to the yelp reviews. No one can afford a $600 application fee! This place is basically committing fraud by charging deposit fees for people that never move in. I had to warn people."

"I lived here in 2021. They never once told me I owed any money after moving out. Which I would have definitely paid as quickly as possible. TWO YEARS LATER I received a letter stating I was turned into collections. I never once received any phone call, email, or physcial mail from West village. I tried to call West Village directly to discuss this, but they did not return my phone call. I called back they acted like they had no clue. Along with having to always be on the look out making sure no homeless people were waiting/following me in the halls. I would not recommend it."

"I moved around a lot over the past 10 years and I have to say this is hands-down the best living experience I’ve ever had. The amenities in this apartment complex are absolutely phenomenal for any area. The staff is always helpful and the location is ideal for just about everything in Oklahoma City. I had no issues during my time there and my move in and move out process was seamless. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a luxury living experience at a decent price. Only negative I would say about this apartment is the amount of homeless individuals in the surrounding area. This is probably more of an Oklahoma City problem But definitely something to look out for. I generally still felt super safe walking around and didn’t hear of any neighbors having major issues with that during my time."
