"Despite all efforts, Michael Biddinger has continued to harass us at OUR home (which we own). We have warned him several times for the harassment to stop, but he has ignored all requests. The Oklahoma City Police Department is now involved, as well as my attorney. There is a no trespass warning, pre suit notice, and a harassment report being filed shortly. We have everything documented and taking proper measures to keep this from happening again. They were pulled over minutes after they showed up today, for trespassing and casing our property and belongings. They will face charges if they show up again."

"Charge premiums, deny service. If your HOA is currently with this company I would advise to ensure you have all of your documents in order for the time when residents start filing suits. Residents going months without work orders and repairs being completed."

"Pest & Animal Control is actually the responsibility of the home owner. The only thing the HOA would be responsible for is common areas in the complex. I also had an issue like this in the community we lived in and we learned the hard way that we were responsible to pay for this. It sucks that your HOA didn't at least get back to you so you could take care of it on your own sooner! Hope everything worked out for you guys. The agents who are in this office are great!
