"All honesty here - This is by far the best property management company I have EVER worked with. Please keep in mind, this is coming from someone who has worked with 7+ property management companies, from large corporations to locals. Let me tell you why: (1) Quick Replies - I tend to have lots of questions from move-in to move-out and they typically respond within an hour (shout out to Melissa!), which is unheard of from a rental agency. (2) Understanding - All the employees here are super understanding and went out of their way to accommodate my requests, it is DEEPLY appreciated. (3) Maintenance - Although my unit was newly constructed, it was given to me in great condition. The one time I had a maintenance request, they handled it quickly. I moved from the area and was really sad that they didn't have any properties where I was moving to. Otherwise, I would have choose to stay with them in a heartbeat. In summary, everything they do is handled professionally and I can assure you these are the best people you will ever rent with."

"I have been with the realty company for a long time. Since I been with the company. They really don’t want to fix anything but are quick to increase the rent. When things need to be fixed, they are quick to send you a bill. There hasn’t been any upgrades since I been here but has increased rent every year. I feel that they don’t care about the tenants it’s all about money. I have never rented with a company that if you don’t pay on the 1st they charge you a $90 late fee. That is ridiculous. When they do come to so call fix the issues, it’s just patch work done. Nothing gets replaced."

"I can only speak on the Tara Condos. I have been a resident since January 2023, and have had a wonderful experience. Just had a couple minor issues that needed maintenance, and they were handled in a very timely manner. Im leaving once my lease is up, but only because I've gotten married and am buying a home. "Scammers! DO NOT do business with Key Realty. The owners are terrible people with no integrity. They take advantage of every customer, even if that means lying to your face about something. I called them out on several lies they tried to charge me for after move out, to which they pulled up documentation and realized they are idiots and was in the wrong. Had I not said anything, they were going to charge me a ridiculous amount. The ladies at the office are all rude with absolutely no personal service skills."
