"I recently dined at Gaillardia Country Club and I must say, the food was amazing! I had the glazed chicken breast with vegetables, a salad, and a dinner roll, and it was all delicious. The chicken breast was perfectly cooked and the glaze added a nice sweetness to the dish. The vegetables were fresh and flavorful, and the salad was crisp and refreshing. The dinner roll was warm and soft, the perfect accompaniment to the meal. The atmosphere at Gaillardia Country Club was elegant and inviting, with a beautiful view of the golf course. "Fabulous dining experience. I’d except mid-level food quality from a country club kitchen that has a vast selection of dishes, but boy was I underselling it. THIS FOOD WAS EXQUISITE. Every single person’s meal was incredibly, but let me tell you about a little secret. Or shall I actually shout it from the rooftops, GET THE BRUSSEL SPROUTS - they were the most delicious thing I have ever put in my mouth (unfortunately I forgot to take a picture as they were just that good). Roasted in some sort of brown sugar and soy glaze with jalapeños, the perfect amount of sugar and spice but not too overpowering of either."
