"Very quick service for an oil change. Only took like thirty minutes tops. One thing I do love about this place is that after I was done they ran through all of the checks that they made on my car and all of the systems and they didn’t try to upsell me on anything except made some recommendations for things that might need changing next time. Which, convinced me that anytime I need something I can come here and will come here next time to have them do that."
"Wasn’t entirely their fault, but I was there for around 5 hours waiting for them to finish replacing my brakes. Waited an hour and a half for another customers car to be finished, an hour or so for them to take everything off and evaluate mine, and then waiting for parts took the better part of 3 hours. Like I said, not entirely their fault; the auto parts store sent the wrong parts and then took forever to send the right ones. But still, they didn’t do a great job at communicating what was going on. Very professional with everything else tho"
"Went in today for a standard oil change and coolant top-off. They were pretty busy, but they were really moving people through. Mine took a little longer because I have an Audi SUV and you have to pump the oil out from the top and it's hard to tell when it's fully empty. I only know this because they explained it really well to me, and it was no problem. Everyone else was moving right along though. The waiting room had coffee, magazines and a huge TV, chairs are nicely padded. And the thing that impressed me the most was that every employee who talked to me, and there were probably four, was really pleasant and professional. And every other employee I heard come in and talk to any other customers was the same way. Very respectful, very friendly. It was a good vibe. After I left, the SUV started spitting out thick exhaust fumes, and the car smelled like burning oil. I turned around and went right back. I told the first kid that came up to me and right away he went and grabbed his manager. The manager, Chris, who was very friendly, came out and looked at the engine, found the issue, explained it to me really well, fixed it, cleaned the oil off my engine with cleaner, and voila! Now the car runs great and doesn't smell. Took five minutes and I was on my way. I own a business myself, a bridal shop. We work really hard to create a vibe in our store that makes people want to stay, to make them feel comfortable, to have a good experience. And so I recognize good organization when I see it. Top to bottom, from everything I saw, this location is really, exceptionally well-run. Every other time I've come I've been in and out in less than an hour, usually in less than a half hour. Every employee at this place is exceptional at customer service. I came in a week ago for my other car, because the sticker said I was past where I needed to be. They looked me up and turns out it was an old sticker, I still had 1000 miles before I needed to get it done. Now, that doesn't say much for me, but it says a lot about their integrity, because that day I drove away without paying them anything. Every time I've come here I've had a great experience, today being no exception. If you're in the market for an oil change, this location would be my suggestion."
"Manager decides randomly not to honor their coupons. Wanted to charge me $45 extra. I checked in one day, they said the coupon was good, but they’re very busy. No problem, I can come back. Next day when they’re not busy, sorry it’s “not a participating location”. Forget the fact that it was fine yesterday, forget the fact that I received the coupon by signing up for emails at this location, and forget the “find a participating location” link on the website that indicates this location is fine. Poor management decided the coupon. Was TOO good, apparently. No problem I can go elsewhere."
