"My wife & I went to Provo to visit friends & attend their son's wedding. During the drive from California, I became aware of my car having a serious brake problem. I would be in Utah from Tues night to Saturday, & was concerned about the likelihood of not being able to get into a shop to have the brakes fixed before I had to leave Sunday morning. I called Mitchell's Wednesday morning hoping for a miracle, being able to get in without already having an appointment. Chad answered the phone, I told him I had a strong vibration in the car when driving, he said he could get me in Thursday the next week, I told him I was just visiting & had to leave Sunday morning to go back to California. He gave a closer look at his appointment book & asked if I could drop the car off first thing the following morning & leave the car for the day, possibly even for the next day, he would squeeze me in to at least see what the problem was & possibly resolve it. I dropped my car off at 8:20am; he called me around noon, explained the several problems I had, & told me they could do the complete repair that day & exactly what it would cost. I told him to do it. He called again well before 4:00pm, my car was ready for me to pick up. Their work was excellently done, which I could immediately feel when I drove the car. They are truly "professionals" & "service" minded. After I got off the phone on my initial call, my friend that lives in Provo asked what shop I had called. Not remembering the name, but told him the location, he said Mitchell's? I said "yes, that's it". He said, "you called the right place, been there forever, a clean mechanic's shop". That alone spoke volumes; not a grease pit."
