"I had an awful experience repairing my car with Provo Car Medic. They did a diagnostic to find the problem and told me initially it was a part, and then after installing that part, they told me there was another problem and they had to replace another part. Not sure why they didn't see that on the diagnostic they charged me for. They then told me my car was ready and it had a check engine light that had NEVER been on before, and they won't fix it, saying they'll see what the issue is and charge me for that too. The mechanic was super impatient with me and hung up on me when I tried to talk to him. Save yourself trouble and don't go here, they don't seem very trustworthy."
"This place is amazing! When I lived in Provo I would always go there for oil changes and any other maintenance needs. I now live in Ogden and I will make the drive down for most repairs because the cost is so much lower than any other shop. Even with gas prices as high as they are currently, I still save money including the cost of gas to drive down there. The people are very friendly and helpful. I was having several leaks on one vehicle that I knew was at least transmission fluid and oil so I took it in. They gave it a thorough look over and then actually brought me back into the shop to show me all of the issues and exactly what would need to be done to fix it with a cost break down. So many other shops have told me I have certain issues and I just have to take their word for it. Highly recommend Provo Car Medic!"
