"Wow this place is the definition of great customer service! I was really in a bind when not one but two cars I had needed to be repaired. I called and I told me to bring them in right away. They were quick to diagnose the problem with each car. I love how they send me a link with pictures and details about each problem on the car; gave me the opportunity to make a payment over an online invoice, which allowed me to pay and have someone else pick up the car while I was at work. When the problem with my car became one of the worst I could think of. They had me check for my warranty and worked with the adjuster to make sure I didn't have to pay a really huge out of pocket amount. They even spent extra time searching for cheaper parts in order to make sure that I was getting the best price possible. I also super loved when I wasn't able to have my car. They loaned me a car without charge which is just an absolute beyond service. I am so grateful and happy that I chose to go to Rocky Mountain Diesel and Auto Repair and don't plan to go to a different mechanic ever again. "I've been looking for an honest mechanic. I've been getting many coupons in the mail from rocky mountain and decided to try them out for an oil change and tire rotation. Didn't try and tell me everything was wrong. Showed me something that would need to be replaced eventually with a quote. Never pressuring. Went back with a stupid problem. They fixed it right away at no charge and not making fun of me for coming in even though I was making fun of myself. They will always have my business."
