"I wish I could remember his name but one of the new assistant managers was very positively customer service oriented. He was professional, gave good advice and provided fantastic service. I’ve kept coming because of the service from everyone I’ve seen here and I’m definitely coming back again."
"Came here for an oil change when the Spanish Fork location had a two hour wait. It still took them a while (over an hour) to get my oil changed but overall it was a better experience than the Spanish Fork location. This location actually cleaned my windows and vacuumed my mats as part of the service. The Spanish Fork location used to do that but stopped during COVID. In the future I’ll probably drive the extra 5 min and come here instead."
"The store was clean and the the staff and management were excellent in answering my questions. Ms. Emily, the manager?, had a very professional tone and I felt like she understood my car issues. I was able to take my vehicle in, same day, and had the easiest and quickest services performed. I have not had this good of service since I moved to Utah and I am glad to finally find a someone who wants and appreciates my business."
"Because I was traveling through town, I wanted to get back on the road quickly. There were a number of service places along the i-15 but the Jiffy Lube in Springville one had the best rating. It was a fast and efficient oil change, and there were no leaks or drips after the service. There were other cars infront of us, but it was only about 40-minutes. Waiting room was clean, location was convenient...it just all worked out really, really well. So I wanted to add my stars on with the other reviewers. This location really did do a great job."
