"A potential buyer had tunex in Springville do a pre purchase inspection on vehicle I was selling. They came up with a $1,500+ list of repairs that needed to be done. The one that really got me is that they said the oil was low and leaking. I've been a mechanic for 20+ year's and oil leaks is a pet peeve of mine. I currently own 4 vehicles and not one of them leaks a single drop and anyone who's ever seen my driveway can attest to that. "Pick included" I'm not sure what they did under my hood or with my oil but they sure made a good mess doing it and left it for me to clean up. "Pick included" Some of the stuff on the list I can believe for instance the alignment being a little off. But an oil leak? absolutely not!"

"I thought I had finally found an honest mechanic but now they're just like all the rest. I took my Chevy Tahoe in for brakes, I got a call that day saying they broke my door latch trying to get into my car but that they'd "treat me fair" on fixing it. I called later that day to see how things were going and they said they were still working on getting the door open but they would give me a call at 5:30 regardless to give me an update. They never called. I then had to call them the next day to see if it was fixed and they told me that it was going to be $330 to fix the door that they had broken. I guess that's what they consider "treating me fair." They ended up having more car for two full days to fix a part that THEY BROKE and when I picked it up the door was sloppily put together and the door trim pieces weren't even put back together. Their wall says 120% Satisfaction Guaranteed... I'm not satisfied."
