"Chris is the absolute best! I have an older model of the fusion hybrids, and they aren’t easy to fix, and I know that. And finding a mechanic who feels comfortable fixing those cars is hard to find. I called at least a dozen places and was turned down by majority of them, or they couldn’t see me till the end of the month and I needed it fix as soon as possible. I called and was insured that they could not only fix it for me but have my car ready the following day. He knew exactly what was wrong with my car and the exact code it was throwing without even looking at it. My car ended up being harder to fix than intended, and instead of turning me away Chris reinsured me that he could fix it and that he would take care of me. Which I appreciated. It ended up costing more because of how my car is built, which put me into a panic mode, but Chris accommodated me and did everything he could to work on the price, which he did! I’m forever grateful for Chris and his kindness and will be going to him if there is ever anything wrong with my car from now on!
