"I got tires here less than a year ago. Last week my husband ran over a nail and the tire was unable to be patched. I knew I’d gotten their tire warranty last year because we had a similar experience with our other car. I called in to confirm that the warranty was still okay to use, and was told we were well within the bounds of the warranty and would be given a discount on the new tire we were in need of. My husband took the car in and the workers refused to answer his questions, were very unfriendly and wouldn’t look up our warranty. We will not be returning."

Ok, so why schedule appointments then? Either do your best to honor those who take the time to schedule an appointment or just don't schedule appointments."
