"I've stop here on a regular basis. Clean restrooms. Plenty of snacks/drinks. Fast food restaurants. I've even had service done on a couple of trailers in their maintenance shop. Everything has been good here."

Thanks to their mechanics sabotaging my engine while they were supposed to only be greasing my truck and replacing a pressure limiting valve under my sleeper, my mother and my niece are eating out of food banks for the next month because I have no money to give them for food. You at the shop know exactly who I am because of the job I mention you did. I complained to Loves Corporate, but they have as much integrity as you do. So unless I take them to court I'll see no recompense for their employees classless acts. But, I earn my money. You are wastes of human skin who ought to be on welfare because you get paid to do whatever your lack of emotional intelligence guides you to do. Teenagers with hair in places it ought not to be."

"False advertising, I waited to do a job and it only opens at 7:00. Furthermore, I arrived yesterday, checked in, came back and was not attended to."

"We are not one to usually complain but we are hoping this will reach the correct person so the manager and staff can receive the proper training. We have a food trailer and went to fill our propane tank as we have done weekly for months the guy that was attending me kept playing with the release valve which caused a leak that was unable to be stopped, When we called the manager he stated it was our fault because the workers are not allowed to touch the propane tank. ( they have to touch it to put the propane in) he also stated we were in fault because we are supposed to remove the tank before they fill it up. The propane tank is not removable and when I explained this to the manager he told me he would not be able to allow us to get propane from them anymore. A couple of weeks ago we also had a issue with a different worker while putting propane he started to remove the hose before turning it off and propane started spraying gas in his face. It’s concerning as somebody could of been hurt on both occasions. We tried to call customer service and also tried to get ahold of corporate as we were left without propane today and had no luck which was unfortunate as we lost $80 in propane. Apart from all of this I would like to say the staff has all been friendly with and exception of the manager."

"They raised the price from $15 to $17 and at least we want Hot water, the whole time I was there it only came out warm and very unpleasant, just like the Blue towels that seem to only be washed with water without soap since when you use them they leave a smell unpleasant on the body, it is better to bring your personal towel It is better to pay for a gym membership Soap dispenser without soap, bring your own"
