"I have had nothing but troubles ordering from Hondapartshq. I ordered parts and after waiting a day I decided to find out why I wasn't getting contacted to pick up my parts. I ordered locally and chose pickup. I ordered Friday and called Saturday mid Day. I needed to get started on working on my vehicle, and would have taken whatever they had. I called and explained this, and was told that they didn't have a chance to look up any of my parts, and wouldn't do it until they had time. I asked if this would be today, and they said they didn't know. Whenever they could get around to it. After being told that they would not release any parts to me, even ones that they had on hand until all parts were available, I went down there, and talked to Ryan that was able to get my parts for me, and apologized that they said what they had said. There was no reason why they couldn't release the parts they had to me before all the parts arrived. I Contacted one of the managers on Chat twice and both times silence. No response. I was hoping for something. I have a long list of parts I want to get, but the savings isn't worth the cost of service. The tradeoff is not worth it. I hope you all realize this is not the websites problem, but the people that operate it. The service you receive is because 1 or more people deciding to act this way. I'm just glad I don't have to live nor work with this person."

"I should have read the reviews before buying, dealing with their non-customer service was not worth the money I saved. They sent the wrong part, I have a picture of the wrong part because the installer didn't save the label on the bag it came in, they refuse to do anything about it. If you order anything, take a picture of the parts before you open or they will not honor any claim. Try Honda Parts Now, they had the correct part and shipped it out right away, far better customer service."
