"I initially came to Paul's for an alignment, a couple years ago. Jeff did such a stellar job with my truck that I've had him do multiple other alignments on my vehicles and even sent friends and family his way for such thorough work. Recently I had the rear end of my truck slide out, which resulted in a pretty decent crash. I've had to resort to his expertise in trying to figure out the full extent of the damage. Jeff has gone way beyond his duties in helping me out and I couldn't be more appreciative for how he treats his customers and how well he completes the job. I've also sent multiple simple u joint jobs his way, where despite being busy, he completes the job same day. Do yourself a favor and send your vehicles his way, you'll thank yourself later for having such a skilled technician working on your vehicle."
"These guys are Knowledgeable! Like, the most possible. Impeccable integrity. Nelsen, Matt, and Jeff are the BEST kind of people available, anywhere. Super approachable and friendly. They treat every customer as well as one might treat their Best, Favorite customer. They are straightforward and clear. You won't leave feeling unsettled or confused. They will do it all for you, if they're able to, from the most minor of things to custom, high-end specialty builds. These guys are talented and they are smart. I know Matt can precision-tune your motor, and I'm confident he's not the only one. They are busy, so expect it to be about a month out when you book an appointment."
"Expressing my gratitude to Jeff and the crew is so impossible, I’m not going to attempt it. But, I don’t mind expressing my unbelievable dedication to you. For many years, I was stuck with garage monkeys attempting to take advantage of a skirt by finagling with prices, shipping needed work, and adding in extra details that didn’t need attention, just to add it all together and mysteriously add up to what they spent at Lake Powell last weekend. Not Paul’s garage. They’re fair to EVERYONE! Even more, they’re quick in conveying necessary information, getting you in and out, and most of all—NOT wasting time playing games to gauge how much their customer is aware. And they spill the cost facts, parts availability, and time of project without squirreling around. Most of all, when they speak to you, it’s quite possible you’ll need to check over your shoulder just to make sure you aren’t the last person on the planet—because that’s how they treat you. Needless to say, although I’ve certainly tried, I will not be going anywhere else for work on my car—-and at this juncture of time, they’re 45 miles away. I’m serious!"
"Just went in for an emissions test, but the service was great! Jeff was friendly, and was able to get me in and out pretty quick. It sounds like for regular mechanical work, they are booked out for months, so no review there for me, but for emissions it was great!"
"I haven't used them for any service, but just wanted to leave a review of my experience with them. I was going to fly out to UT from CO to purchase a used LX470 from a local dealer and called Paul's to see if they could do a pre-purchase vehicle inspection. I called on Thursday and spoke with Jeff and he was SUPER nice and even though they were booked out for a few weeks, he was going to sneak me in on Monday given the fact it was time sensitive and I was flying out. I ended up getting pictures of the vehicle from the dealer and it was too rusted for my liking so I had to cancel the inspection... but can't say enough about the customer service from Jeff just from a few phone calls. He even took a little time to give me advice on selecting vehicles and things to look out for in regards to rust. Thank you, Jeff! If I find another vehicle in Salt Lake City or ever need any service while passing through, I'm coming to you guys! Brandon"
