"I always use them for oil changes and tires. Their price for the oil change is very reasonable compared to the dealership. One visit a few years ago, they checked the oil and said it still looked good and I didn’t need a change at that time. That impressed me"
"First of all, I bought my tires from WalMart online and had them delivered to the auto center in Sandy Utah for Installation. Things were going very smoothly and I was super impressed with the process until it came to me walking out of the auto center after installation of my two new tires. When I first got there and checked in for my appointment, 15 minutes early, I asked the employee (twice!) to put the 2 new tires on the front. And to only rotate the two rear tires (clearly telling the employee to just switch places on the rear ones). I thought this was understood so I took off to do my shopping with the employee telling me it’d take 45 minutes for my service to be completed. Perfect. I came back about an hour and 15 minutes later to see my car still wasn’t done. Ok, that’s fine I can wait. Well, wait I did. I waited another hour, getting up several times to check to see if my car was still in the bay/air (which it was). Finally 2 1/2 HOURS after dropping off my car for said appointment, the employee called my name saying my car was done. Whew! That long for two tire installation and to rotate two rear tires was beyond ridiculous, I thought. Staying quiet I paid my tab and walked out of the store only to see disappointment. The new tires had been put on the rear of my vehicle. Immediately, I went back inside explaining to the employee that despite me telling her in advance (twice!) to put my new tires on the front, my words were fallen on deaf ears apparently. They had not listened or maybe she didn’t tell the people installing the tires. I’m not sure which happens but they weren’t how I wanted them. The employee started explaining to me how “on a front wheel drive car it’s better to have the newer tires on the rear because of weight….. [blah, blah, blah]”. However, I clearly didn’t want them on the rear because the rear tires weren’t very good tread to put on the front and I wanted them on the back, which I re-explained to her. She then went on about how I told her to have them rotate them so she said she figured putting the new tires on the front and “rotating” them to the back was what I wanted. Clearly again not what I wanted. Maybe she’s correct and the new tires are better on the rear but again, that’s not how I wanted them. Overall, poor service and long wait times. Make sure you talk to the actual person preforming your service if you want something different than what the counter employee is explaining. The counter employee clearly did not enjoy her job. She was nice and all, but that’s about it."

"Paid for a higher oil change package just to review the service order and find that the fluid checks and top off we’re not done and showing as “declined.” Nothing mentioned by the person who took payment. I even confirmed with another location that it seemed irregular. When trying to call to resolve over the phone no one ever picks up. In any case, I find it highly misleading to charge full price for one package when the actual services performed were that of lower package. Not bringing down the entire company, would just recommend staying away from this location."
