"Always an enjoyable experience goin into Walgreens. The customer service is always great. They were very busy and where hustling around registers and doing everything in their power to make sure everyone was taken care of with good timing."

"Wish I could give it a 0. But I guess they are used to receiving ones for the same problems over the years. We called yesterday for a refill and they said it wouldn't be available till today. Call ahead of time and was left 1 hour and a half waiting with no response. Decided then to go there in person and was told they HAD IT and it would be ready in 20 - 40 minutes. Came back after 45 minutes just to hear that they didn't have it! In other words wasted my time, and gas! The girl made a mistake and at least had the decency to say sorry for the mistake, other than her co-worker who came and said they are the busiest pharmacy in town. So just an advice, start turning your clients away, cause you're soooo busy!"

"I shop at Walgreens and would have rated them higher but the store was not neat and tidy they need to do a better job merchandising. They might be too busy for the employees. Most retail stores are having problems keeping staffed."

"Staff was friendly, so I'm giving 2 stars, but they are not reliable. They said it would take 40-45 minutes to get my prescriptions ready because it contained narcotic. They promised to give me a call when they were ready. They didn't call even after 90 minutes. When I used their automated system, it said my prescriptions were all ready for pickup. This is not OK. I had a surgery hours and, so I needed those meds in a timely manner. Don't promise to call if you are not going to."

"So fun fact. No matter how long you wait for your prescriptions to be filled they will tell you "twenty minutes" so trying to be patient I waited thirty. Waited in line again and was told "twenty minutes" rinse and repeat two more times and now even though the prescription was called in the day before I've waited almost two hours for my pain medication. Thanks to the amazing customer service I was able to pass a kidney stone in a Walgreens bathroom with no pain medication!! Thanks everyone, keep it up!"
