"I believe Dr. Shadid to be a good physician. However, his office staff is horrendous. I don’t understand how patients in such critical situations can’t get messages through to their doctor and or get a callback from someone. We are in the middle of a nationwide mental health crisis. Tulsa is short on Psychiatrists. Hiring intelligent staff with modern technology would be a great action plan."

"I have been taking my son to see Dr. Shadid since he was a small child. We absolutely love him. He has done amazing things to help my son since his diagnosis of autism. My only issue is they never answer the phone and I have had to leave multiple messages before I get a return call."

"I’d like to give them a negative rating, but obviously there isn’t an option for that. Had my first “evaluation” with the nurse practitioner there, was told she would have someone call for a follow up the following Monday, never heard from them again. Did get a bill for $45, that will be paid if I could get them on the phone again. 10/10 do not recommend."

"Office staff is basically a revolving door of “couldn’t care less” For the past 12 months, anytime I call med refills in, they listen to and call in the first two medications you say/they see on your chart and call that in regardless of what you’re asking for. Dr Shadid is aware of the terrible service the office staff provides. Need to call in your refills on your lunch break? Sorry. Not with this office. Regardless of the fact that you’ll be leaving your request on a voicemail. I have received exactly ZERO statements/bills in the past 12 months although I was told I have a bill of over $200 for a visit 3 months ago. Turns out the office staff never saved my new insurance when I provided it, and no one contacted me about anything. I was told I couldn’t get a refil l on my NECESSARY PAYCHIATRIC MEDICATION based on a bill they never sent to my insurance or told me about."
