His staff is beyond excellent, too. Tulsa, Ok was surely blessed when Dr. Kelly brought his practice here. 5 starts isn't nearly enough!!"

"If I could make this negative stars I would. First off...if you are a half decent looking female be prepared to potentially have his wife show up to your appointments and sit outside the room with their children because of her trust issues. It's super uncomfortable and very unprofessional. Second...he is not a good doctor. At first he was okay but then he started making me feel uneasy. He's very flirtatious and he needs his ego stroked or he won't prescribe your meds. This doctor is a mess and a joke. Also he told me that if he had acne like mine that he would kill himself...he said this knowing that I have suffer with chronic manic depression."

"Dr. Kelly is an extremely negligent individual that is guilty of federal wirefraud and possibly other serious felony crimes. As a practical tidbit, he needs to go back to medical school and learn that sitting across the room and making no physical contact with the patient other than briefly listening with a stethoscope and then writing a script for medication is NOT, by any stretch of the imagination, a "complete physical exam", to the degree that Dr. Kelly has committed fraud against the government by claiming to have conducted a complete physical exam when in fact he had not."

"Dr Kelly is one of the most thoughtful, thorough, and responsive doctors I’ve ever had. When he says he will do something, he does it. Very rare to find a doctor like that these days. Usually you are left waiting days for a response. He has helped me to deal with many health issues and not once made me feel bad for any questions or concerns I have. I would and do recommend him to anyone who is in need of a new family doctor. He also leaves it up to the patient to decide the ultimate outcome of their care. He never pushes anything on anyone! He cares for his patients’ health and wellbeing."
