"Very difficult to communicate with. I had a difficult time trying to figure out how my Multiple Myeloma was progressing. And Dr Moussa was of no benefit. He rudely responded to my wife when she asked a question. There multiple times I faced difficulties in communicating with him, ultimately I had to change my Dr for oncology, now I deeply am satisfied. I being an ER physician for 35 years have come to expect physicians to be competent, I do not feel Dr Al Moussa cares for his patients as one should. The OCSRI as a whole seems to be concerned in mass production of making money. They do not pride themselves in having the latest technology and have to send you out if you need further advanced treatment. They are not concerned in curing you only treating the basics of your cancer. If you do not follow their management and ask for additional advanced therapy, they will display anger towards you. I am deeply disappointed with OCSRI and their physicians. Please look elsewhere for better care."
