"SEE UPDATE BELOW: Dr. McCreary is a great doctor. I would recommend him, but he is only as good as his team, including the scheduling department. If they call you and you miss their call, they will schedule an appointment without seeing if it works for your schedule. Calling them back or getting a hold of them has been an average wait of 25 minutes for me. Also, when I've asked about details of a procedure, they are very limited to information and read what is listed on MYChart (which I have read). THIS is NOT good customer service. UPDATE: The Scheduling Department has changed for the better. Making/changing/canceling appointments is now faster, and the service team is more informed. I am changing this rating to a 5 star now. Thank you to Utica Park Clinic for listening to a customer."
