"Dr. Zuo certainly knows his trade. I have heard many success stories from some of his patients and experienced great success myself. It was not something that was easy to fix and I left overall greatly strengthened and well balanced feeling, exactly what I had asked for given my chronic illness. I recommend looking at his long lists of areas he covers in treatment and giving it a try if your ailment falls in one of the categories."
"Dr. Zuo is very knowledgeable and compassionate. His understanding of the human body is extremely impressive and helpful. I have been going to him for various injuries over the years. He has helped me when it seemed no one else could. A few years ago I was having a lot of issues with my foot and no one I went to knew what was going on or how to treat it. I was insanely frustrated! Dr. Z was able to help and allowed me to get my active lifestyle back. Whenever I feel my body starting to rebel I know I can count on Dr. Z to help me stay healthy and active. I recommend him to everyone all the time! If you're looking for a great acupuncturist, he is your guy!"
"I'll start by saying I'm sure this doctor is extremely knowledgable and experienced in his field of medicine. I have no doubts of that. What was lacking was the empathy and human connection in my visit. I went in for my first visit wanting to have cupping done, I have had it done in the past and its given me a lot of pain relief (I've had RA and Lupus since I was 14 and am seeing a wide range of specialty doctors for my health, I am 26 and consider myself very responsible at taking care of my body). What I didn't count on was being immediately lectured about my health, how he did not want to cup me and instead wanted to find a cure not a temporary solution to my pain. I appreciate him wanting to find a way to fix my health, but a first time appointment with a doctor who I don't know or have not built trust with, who does not know my history or the work I am currently doing is not the time where I want to immediately dive into some intense treatments. He basically sat there lecturing me about my health without asking questions, I felt like he wasn't hearing what I PERSONALLY wanted for myself, since it is MY BODY and my choice what I have done to it. And finally frustrated enough I started crying telling him that it was my body and my choice, and that I was seeing other doctors and working on my health, since he was treating me like I wasn't doing anything outside of getting some cupping done. Finally he said he will do a cupping treatment but continued to lecture me during and after the session about my own health and how I wasn't doing what was best for me. The cupping itself was good, again I'm sure he is very good at what he does and his treatment. But because of the emotionally damaging interaction I had in his office and his lack of empathy and listening to my needs, I will not be returning."
"This was my last resort. I remember just over 2 yrs ago at Costco and the shooting pain down my leg I had never felt before. I have always had back problems, but this was the first sciatica I had ever felt. I went through many tests. They thought I had lupus, arthritis, whatever. All the tests were very expensive even with my insurance. All came back normal. In the meantime, I love to hike, I love to bike, I love to go on walks. Can't do it with the pain. I go back to Costco with a cane. So worried I will fall with the pain and cause a bigger problem. This is where I start talking about hope. I am beside myself and the relief I am feeling since my treatment with Dr. Zuo. I get so emotional when I am able to bend down or just do something I haven't been able to do in over 2 yrs. I am 2 weeks in my treatment and will follow up when I am done. He is a very kind doctor and very gentle, and he has a good sense of humor! It feels like a miracle."
"This is my first experience with acupuncture. At my first visit, Dr. Zuo observed a problem and recommended I have labs done with my regular M.D. The results were critically important and indicated stage 3 kidney failure. My regular doctor was impressed with how "on top of things" Dr. Zuo was. My physician monitored labs and after a few treatments I was excited to learn that results indicated significant improvement. I am so lucky to have selected Dr. Zuo for acupuncture. His treatments are highly effective and have led to outstanding results in improved health."
