Especially, the nurses who assist me, if I'm not mistaken their names are Nurse Heather and Nurse Emily? You are fantastic! You don't know how you made me feel comfortable before the procedure. "I will definitely recommend this place to everyone. My daughter has epilepsy, and the care and kindness, from the entire team was amazing. She had a few problems because of her epilepsy. Stephanie was wonderful, and her team was with us the entire time. Dr. Venner is the best, she stayed with us and helped my daughter through it all. Her detailed examination, and her kindness was so appreciated. Josh her anesthesiologist also stayed with her until the ambulance arrived. He was so caring and gracious. We will be using them forever. Thank You for caring about my daughter ❤️❤️❤️"

"I went to Mountain West Endoscopy Center on 09/19/2023 for a colonoscopy and the *medical* staff was amazing, the front office and the over the phone pre-op staff left a lot to be desired. Both the lady at the check-in desk and the over the phone pre-op billing individuals spoke so fast I thought I was at an auction house. I did ask both individuals to slow down when going over the bill and they both got really offended and did not slow down, so I have no idea what my bill is because it sounded as though they gave me two different prices one in the $500 rage and another in the $600 rage. If you can avoid going to Mountain West Endoscopy Center, I would recommend you do so. If you cannot avoid going to Mountain West Endoscopy Center have them write everything down and mail you your bill, and get copies of all paperwork."

"My husband came here for a colonoscopy and the staff was friendly and helpful there was a little wait time. Yes wear your mask etc. They notify by phone when he was done. They escorted him down to the car to make sure he was safe and that there was designated driver."

"My poor brother was forced to wait for his colonoscopy for TWO HOURS because the doctor “had a complicated procedure” beforehand. If the preparation hadn’t been so awful we would have left, gotten something to eat, and rescheduled at a facility that is actually run professionally. He hasn’t eaten solid food in two days and now he has to wait because you oversold your schedule to increase profits? A colonoscopy is a lot of suffering and your second yacht is not worth my brother suffering more. I wish I could give zero stars."
