"I don't recommend if you are willing to wait for months. Get cancelled without letting you know. Told me to sign documents and told me my appointment won't get cancelled if I do so. I signed a released forms which they asked me to do. Drove 30 minutes to the appointment to tell you got cancelled because the doctor didn't receive your information. Which is super messed up to me."

"This gastro office is extremely hard to reach. Most of the time the voicemail is full, you call multiple times and can't reach anyone, or the assistants take days to respond back. I've had celiac for over 30 years so I'm familiar with stomache issues. I'm dissappointed that when I was having bloating constantly, they only did a blood test and tested for one parasite, not others, and did not diagnose other things that could be happening from a stool test. I felt like my appointment with Brooke was very basic and I still don't know what's going on with my stomache. When I had questions regarding side effects from the antibiotics, they never got back to me and didn't call me about my blood results. If you're looking for a doctor who responds to you and feels like you matter, I wouldn't recommend coming here. My primary doctor had faster responses and had better knowledge of H Pylori , which is disappointing."

"I truly regret not reading the reviews beforehand! While my doctor was pleasant and displayed genuine interest in diagnosing my condition, I strongly advise seeking care elsewhere. The communication and customer service at this medical practice are extremely deficient. When attempting to obtain crucial information related to your health, it feels like the staff are engaged in a game of telephone. Furthermore, my doctor's assistant displayed rudeness and condescension when I requested additional details about a prescription, which was done in accordance with the pharmacist's advice. There are additional concerns, but I urge you to entrust your medical needs to a practice where you can focus solely on your well-being, without any apprehension about how you'll be treated by the staff."

"People are nice in the office but the company but their billing sucks and like to bill you twice and even three times for the same bill that they say is not the same but it's the same amount. You send pay saying you pay they say you do not get it and you send proof and they say never got it. I am never using Utah Gastroenterology again because of their bill outfit. The doctor and staff in the office are grate but not billing."
