"Super disappointed with the care at this facility. My husband was given the runaround, passed to different providers with zero resolution of his complaint. It’s a 2.5 hour drive to this facility for us, and the most recent provider spent 5 min with him just to tell him they don’t know what’s going on and he’ll just have to learn to live with the problem. He did follow that with “if you happen to figure it out, let us know”. If you’re looking for top quality care, this is not the place."

"My husband went in for a ROUTINE yearly ear exam and the U charged us $431. The PA Jessica Bailey removed 1 cat hair from his ear after asking him like it was a favor and charged $240 and sent him for audiology again making it sound like this was a part of a routine ear checkup and charged another $300+. None of these were requested and I can’t imagine a regular ear checkup should cost this much. And we have insurance so beware of the getting an ear checkup at the U and make sure to ask every step of the way if that’s going to cost you more money. I don’t recommend this place."

"Had an awful experience with PA Jorgan Jacobsen. Ended up getting better treatment at another facility and getting my hearing back. He treated my medical problem like it was not important. I was going deaf DR. Never going there again. But wonderful nurses and MA. thanks to them."

"Not a great experience in the past. They can't interpret their own tests properly and won't help you even if the tests have abnormal results that any intelligent doctor /should/ pay attention to. They just wait until an issue has advanced so much that you're totally screwed and can't recover sensory function. Not to mention that they'll focus on any mental health history in your records instead of objective ENT symptoms, and gaslight you with that. Very rude, uneducated experience all around."

I called 4x and they got back to me that day each time. The staff made a big difference in my choice in going with Dr Oakley. Thank you."
