"This clinic is like family. From the front desk, the nursing staff and Dr. Glines are all one of a kind. Excellent service with kind and caring staff. This clinic really cares about you and your issues."
"I have been in severe pain after surgery for a long time. Dr Glines shares a bright smile and creates a positive experience. He suggested an epidural and I was hesitant. But I finally did it and he was so precise that the pain that radiates is so very much less. And now can tolerate until further decisions are made. Great great results The staff is also amazing."
"Dr Luo was amazing, he explained everything he was going to do and reviewed the MRI so I understood what was going to happen. His staff was kind, caring and so helpful!! I wish I could remember the names of all the woman that helped me, especially the after care nurse that helped me walk the numbness off. During the procedure Dr Luo repeatedly made sure I was doing ok. I would absolutely return to this clinic for future pain management needs! Thank you Dr Luo and all the assistants and nurses!!"
"I was treated here twice for injections in my back. Things went okay, accept the second time I ended up in the ER and had to have emergency surgery. Unfortunately the herniated disks that were treated ended up extremely larger just a couple days after. I couldn't even walk, but, I don't know if it was causation or correlation. That's not why I'm leaving a 1 star review though. A couple months after the emergency surgery, I was referred here for chronic pain. The first thing they said to me was, "We got a referral but we won't give you any pain meds because you're on a certain prescription.". Literally in the first sentence they spoke to me. I didn't know what prescription she was referring to but she just repeated the same thing after I asked. Also, why does the appointment maker know what medication I'm on? HIPPA? This felt icky because I'd never brought up pain medication in either of the two previous appointments, but I brushes it off. After telling her I didn't need injections, I'm coming in for chronic pain, she proceeded to say, "We can only give you injections, we can't give you any prescriptions.". I reiterated, I don't need any medication, I just want to know what's going on with my body. After that, the lady, Tiffany, told me she'd give me a call back. The next day I get a call and she says they can't treat me. I asked "why", in response, she says, "we wouldn't be able to give you any opioids.". Umm... I'm sorry, when did I ask about medication, ever, even once? Frustrated, I asked again, why they wouldn't treat me. She then tells me they don't treat chronic pain. Which is confusing because, why would my doctor have referred me if you didn't. So, I asked, do you treat chronic pain, and she says she can't tell me what they treat. WHAT?? This whole interaction was so bizarre. I'm disgusted with the way I was treated. As though I had been begging them for meds for weeks or something. Not once did I ask about prescriptions, They just decided to dub me as seeking drugs before even making an appointment, jeez, before even getting two sentences out. You should be embarrassed and ashamed. It looks like other people have had better experiences, I'm glad that's the case. I'd just like to know why they treated me the way they did. Why would you repeatedly bring it up. And there were even more times she brought up not giving me medication. I hope no one else is ever treated the way I was and I hope they learned at least one thing. Awful, just, awful. I couldn't imagine treating someone the way they did if they came to me for help and medical care."
"I love Dr. Glines! He’s absolutely amazing! I’ve had so many steroid injections over the last 20 years and they never worked until Dr. Glines! The staff, nurses are all equally amazing and so friendly! They always take really good care of you!"
