"The experience at FFC has gone steadily downhill. My family have been patients for about 15 years, however, we won't be back. Every aspect of the Clinic has become unacceptable. Doctors leave the practice so frequently that I've had to establish new relationships 3 times in 18 months. The staff are surly, irritable and do not return calls or messages. It's stressful to have one's healthcare managed with such carelessness."
"Started with Foothill over 15 years ago when located on Foothill BLVD. Our doctor retired about 4 years ago. we were sent to Foothill in Cottonwood Heights. We now see the huge difference in health care providers. This Place is not the place if you are on medication you NEED to take daily as every time I need a refill which is monthly us along with our Pharmacy are run through the ringer. One great example I met with my doctor Dec 13 2023 and went over all my medical and reviewed my medication and updated my Covid shot. As my prescriptions were about to run out Jan 8 2014 three weeks after my visit, my pharmacy indicated they were not successful in filling my prescription as the doctors office will not respond. My wife started calling the Doctors as my prescriptions were now empty. The pharmacy then called us and indicated the doctor denied our refill. We called the doctors office and they indicated they needed to see me at least once in a six month period before any refills will be administered although I was just there 3 weeks earlier. It is now Jan 14 I have been 7 days without some of my medication. These people do not care about you're well being whatsoever! They will not take the time to look at your chart and ignore all inquires from our Pharmacy and us in trying to get this repetitive problem rectified. They simply don't care! I am 60 years old and can definitely feel the bad effects of being off my needed medication. For my best well being and to insure a better quality of life I need to immediately find an alternative clinic that will help me and provide quality health assistance and care. My quality of life is 100% being compromised and lessened the longer I continue to put my health and future health in the hands of this clinic. I no longer have faith or confidence that my health is of any concern. Ask yourself, Would you put your health and your family's health in the hands if a clinic with a 2 Star Rating?"
"This clinic was great when Dr. Cole Mitchell was here and I didn't have issues with billing. As soon as he left and they threw me to the worst doctor in the clinic - Dr. Witbeck, they lost my respect as I had issues with billing and any of my prescriptions being filled after multiple calls and requests by myself and my pharmacy. If you have billing issues don't expect anything to be handled - I was told if I wanted to submit a dispute if need to USPS a letter in. I did, called and left multiple voicemails to their billing office, and never heard a word. Find another clinic, this isn't where you want to go."
"Upon initially observing the clinic's rating, I was perplexed. My interactions with the staff had been pleasant, and I experienced no issues during my initial check-up with a PA-C. However, when I requested to see a female doctor for my pap smear and mentioned concerns about chest pain, a different PA-C attended to me. Following the examination, she informed me that I should get a call from a third-party imaging center to schedule an appointment for an ultrasound. One week passed without any communication, and during the second week, I decided to contact Foothill Clinic to inquire about the imaging center appointment. To my surprise, they had not made the request for my ultrasound. The person on the phone was able to assist me in rectifying this oversight. Yet, another week elapsed without any word from the imaging center. I contacted Foothill Clinic once more, enduring frustrating wait times on the phone. Finally, I spoke to someone who assured me that the request had been made to the imaging center, but they were unsure why there had been no follow-up. They even suggested that I should contact the imaging center myself to arrange an appointment, which seemed unreasonable as I believed it should be the responsibility of my doctor. Upon calling the imaging center, I learned that they do not perform kind of ultrasound I needed and they had already rejected Foothill Clinic's request. This entire ordeal cost me three weeks of my time and numerous frustrating phone calls, revealing a lack of competence, dedication, and responsibility on their part. I now fully comprehend the negative reviews, and I cannot recommend this place. I will not be returning."
