"Went in for A DOT drug test, Easy pass usually..... I don't do drugs etc, it came back as tampered, Lost my job due to it, never had an issue anywhere else I've tested at, this place was un organized and hectic. There is no reason for for the test to come back with anything but A pass, if your going to be A place testing and helping people you need to be professional and clean, very unhappy with the staff there."
"Been here for an HOUR and a half, and all I need to do was PEE in a cup! Every time I come here, I dread coming here for this reason! It always takes SO long . And the bathroom, was DISGUSTING. Please hire more people, or teach people to multitask.. and get that bathroom CLEANED . Please"
"Read the reviews before you go. If you insist on going, try to bring a buddy to advocate for you and make sure you are treated with respect. The one doctor failed to examine me properly, was rude, denied me x-rays and mris, and insisted that he "doesnt see why we should drag this on, we should just close it out." My Healthcare experience has been extremely negative and I was told I would get better if I did some stretches. 8 months later and intermountain is refusing to allow me to schedule additional physical therapy. Gave me different numbers and transferred me around 9 times, even an employee complained to me that some of her coworkers have no idea what they are doing. In the end, I was denied scheduling that I was told to do by my doctor when he recommended PT. Take pictures of your injury before you come here in the event that your injury/symptoms may be disregarded. Someone might skip their morning coffee and fail to recognize you on a early Wednesday morning. I was there for over a month and explained my symptoms, condition, areas of injury, and expressed that i want xray imaging or mri since day 1, only to have the doctor send me back to work, no light duties or course of treatment, told me to increase my activities which was mind-boggling after a back injury, and a stain on my medical record with no full evaluation towards my injury. I told them and have it in writing, and they still insisted on diagnosing "2 bruises" when there were more-- which I have in writing. I don't understand the impact my overall injury has caused on my body and have been experiencing prolonged symptoms of pain for months. What more do you want a patient to do? Patients trust in doctors to do the right thing and all we can do is provide symptoms, get evaluated, and follow orders. It's really difficult to have to disagree with someone who you assume is smarter than you and is looking out for your health. I had to seek different opinions -- forcing me to pay out of pocket and financially crippling me for months when I was forced to quit my job because no light duties, excessive pain and lack of sleep, and a breach of privacy in regards to my health. My coworkers were shared a video of my injury and when I asked for it in order to seek a second opinion for medical purposes, i received attitude from the HR and they provided no explanation of how my coworker got the video on their personal device. My privacy and health is important, hello??? If my coworkers are allowed to see it, why can't i? To top it off, they then denied me my quarterly bonus of up to $3000 that is performance-based. I had a good performance review, but after the injury i mysteriously became disqualified for the bonus. Far too strenuous and stressful. Now i am facing the very likely possibility of becoming homeless and still not understanding my injury as i struggle to hopefully have my condition recognized and treated so that i can be an effective worker in our competitive and capitalist society. Mentally i am unwell in trying to process how this can happen in our american healthcare system. But hey, Happy Holidays?!"
"I waited 1.5hrs past my appointment time, and then had to wait even longer for my blood test. All in all it took over 3 hours for me to be done. I don't blame the staff, they were wonderful and apologetic, but they had so many people to see and only so many hands. However, the manager/owner of this place needs to get more staff. It isn't fair to the staff nor the customers for that. It adds extra stress onto hardworking staff and is disrespectful to assume the rest of us have nothing to do all day but wait."
"I am an HR Director who manages work injuries and workers comp claims. Murray WorkMed is incredible to work with. They are so helpful and kind. All the employees I send to them really enjoy being seen there and feel very taken care of. Thank you WorkMed!"
