"Normally I LOVE this office however it has completely gone down hill. Day of an appointment I get a message on the my health app that my appointment has been rescheduled for 2 MONTHS away. Completely inappropriate when the appointment was in regards to mental health. They clearly do not care about you or your well being here, only your $$$."
"I had my first appointment with Amelia Parrett in this office today, but have been in contact over the last month with questions and concerns. My questions over the last month have been answered promptly and all my concerns addressed, even the silly ones. Today the nurses and doctor were very friendly and didn't seem rushed. The little things made for a great appointment: getting to the ultrasound first to calm my nerves (I've had 4 early miscarriages). Not giving me the "congratulations on your baby" packet before confirming there was still a baby (which happened last pregnancy). And just thoroughly discussing all my concerns."
"Had my last son here with Dr. Zarek and loved my experience. I felt like I was respected and that she always listened to my concerns and opinions. Tried a different doctor at a different clinic this time around because we moved, but decided to switch back at 32 weeks. Sometimes the wait is long, but I think the quality of care is totally worth it!! Love this clinic!"
"Update: Changed Rating to 3 stars since we showed up and ask if we could be seen. They were able to see us and keep our appointment. Again the point isn't that they had canceled. It was canceling without hardly any notice. I think they are competent physicians and staff, Just didn't like the way they canceled an appointment that was on the books for over a month. I wish I wasn't writing a one star review. My wife and I scheduled our first appointment about a month ago with this office. This will be our first child and as expected we are excited and nervous ;) However at the very last possible minute (after 5PM on a Friday) we learned that our appointment for Monday morning was canceled by this clinic because the doctor is too busy. It took you a whole month to figure that out? You couldn't have given us a little more warning then that? Now we are scrambling to find another doctor that will see us but it unfortunately will not be at this clinic. I am writing this review so hopefully you can learn from this and not repeat it in the future."
