"I have been here for the 2nd attempt to , become a patient here by transfer from discover to here. However, I have been asked to do stuff that I never have been asked of before. I was told I had to do get my records and bring them to him. Strange as it is to be asked that, I got what the discovery place had for me. They were very puzzled for this as well... That being said, I still was denied and told I needed to go again to get more. I'm sick for starters, and this request is completely unprofessional, and it is extremely lazy!!!!! He don't care if I'm a patient I was told, so fair to say he don't care about anyone patient wise? No compassion for who he serves! I challenge the integrity of any prior reviews before me, they seem really superficial, the works from family, the office employees, fakes! It so discouraging and really hopeless to know I can't get my task needed transfer to be much closer and attempt to hope again for stability, and recover once and for all!! I'm really very upset and it really played on my mental well being! Sending sick desperate patients to go get this and that when fax machines are invented... THANKS, for jerking me around. I hope you guys can take this instructive criticism cuz it is meant that way, I predict a very short stay for your business."

"Jocelyn really is a great therapist for sure. One of the best! They were really great at handling everything during the beginning of the COVID crisis. I tried to go back there and get help again because subs weren't working for me as well as the methadone and they turned me away because I had an active prescription of them. Other clinics just made me turn my script in so I could get help. Wish they did that here."

"I am shocked to see the negative reviews on here that are without a doubt false. I want to start off by saying that I am a patient here and no one has asked me to write this review or even knows that I am writing this. Every single employee st Tranquility Place has been the most kind and helpful people I have ever come across in any medical situation, let alone opioid dependence. Dr Walton is the head physician and is truly one of the most amazing doctors and all around great man. There is no question to me or any of my family that he cares. The nursing staff is so kind and professional and I believe they do this job because they truly want to help others out. Everyone here from check in to counseling staff have a smile on their faces and have made me feel welcome. No one has ever judged me or looked down on me. They have shown me compassion in the same way that I hopefully will be able to pass along some day. I never write reviews especially over something as personal as this but if this review can help one person who is on the fence about this place then I am more than happy. Please do not listen to people who have actually not been patients here or have been patients here. I would say to some of these people that are bad mouthing Tranquily Place to maybe take a moment and think about the harm you may be causing by stopping someone from getting help they need. I have never had anything pushed on me and the dosage that I take is individualized and is the business of me the medical staff here. I respect all of you that work here so much and I want you all to know that."
