"I've been going to this clinic for 10 months now. It's an impersonal intern office that spins you in and out. In the time I have seen them, they have failed to refill my meds 4x. This last time after 4 phone conversations, (2 in the same day!) assuring me it would be taken care of, they left me without meds for 5 days. Need I say more. Free care, but the lack of follow through will cost you a trip back to the hospital. Maybe the place as a whole isn't so bad, but if you speak to Robert, cut out 10 minutes of your day to simply schedule an appointment, and don't expect your med request to go through. He has been involved in all of all of my poor experiences."

"Every time I call there is a new employee at the front desk and they never know what to do with my information so I constantly have to redo paperwork and all of my stuff ends up "lost". Not professional at all. I needed a doctors signature on one piece of paper so I was told to sit and wait for the doctor. I spent my entire day in the waiting room just to be told that the doctor left and couldn't take 30 seconds to sign a form for an emergency situation. Not happy with this place."

"My rating is open to change should you take the actions necessary (or not) to secure your patients contact information from scammers using Malware. I highly suggest you not let staff use work computers or the primary network (use a guest network separate from the main) as the malware can be spread from vulnerable routers, not just desktops. The least you could do is start fresh with new operating systems and run ESET along with other such tools. Several of your clients have received scam phone calls after patient intake forms were submitted with their information. It is likely unrelated to intake forms, and likely from a more innocent data entry system such as that taken when setting appointments or entered into the computer when receiving information by phone. Regardless, there is a vulnerability it seems and we ask that you look into this matter as you are a mental health clinic - regardless of being non-govt operated/funded. This is your responsibility to secure the data of your clients, no matter how mundane, unimportant or small a simple phone number and name may be - the deception of a scammer can be easily weaved in as a debt collector. Especially when you assist those who have low incomes, and are at higher chances of being in debt - this grey area is a window of opportunity for debt collection scams and the like. Please, look into your local network/router and computer security - ensure your router firmware is up-to-date weekly. I'm not a patient, I'm a Physical Penetration Tester, I just work with scam calls that are a result of malware locally. And I've noticed a trend with several people who happen to be your patients that began receiving scam calls on their day of intake. These scammers are using virtual phone numbers provided to them with local 801 area codes and contacting clients. That is all. Feel free to request that I delete this once you have looked into the matter thoroughly."
