"DO NOT COME HERE. They are not urgent at all. 3 nurses decided to go into the break room and came out with some ice cream while my gf was sitting here in excruciating pain. They were slow to do the questions and vitals. They took SO long in every single aspect of our visit. They didn’t really help me wheel in my gf on the wheelchair. This place is very ghetto but still insanely expensive. The fan in our room was so loud and annoying. There was seriously nothing good about this visit. It was a WASTE of time and money. And they couldn’t even help us. If they couldn’t help they should’ve told us that before we had to waste our time and money. I feel like I deserve a refund or something. This was so awful."

"I went it for a simple jaw infection. Knowing it is due to my wisdom teeth not being pulled yet. Told Christopher Lindsey PA that I have no pain and that I have had it before at medication cleared it out. When telling him I have an appointment in a month to get them removed he said “we will see if you make it to May”. When saying that both my dentist and dental surgeon didn’t seem worried and said May would be fine. He said “it’s not a problem til it is”. My worried mom then called because he made it seem like I would die if I didn’t get them out tomorrow. He then was very rude and tried to say he meant the pain would be way worse but then when following up and asking if death is possible he wouldn’t clarify what he meant. Fire this man immediately."

"This place is called care now as if care will come quick but if you come in for a simple drug test you are last in line. The woman of Pacific Island ethnicity showed favoritism against me for some reason and let others coming for a simple drug test ahead of me. I waited three hours just to take my breath and a urine sample. How long should that take? If you want to be a service that provides alcohol testing on people’s breath leaving work wouldn’t you want it to be as soon as possible??"

"While the doctor was super friendly and nice, the front desk lady was not. I could tell that she didn't want to be there and I'd say she was unprofessional. However, other staff members did a great job taking care of me / explaining what to do during the test, with the meds, etc."

"When I called, they said 1/2 hour wait. By the time I filled out the paperwork, it was probably only 5 minutes. Tahra the MA was very thorough with the pre exam and Garrett the PA was extremely thorough with exam and evaluation. Both were attentive and I feel like they both heard me. Greatly appreciate the care. Highly recommend"
