"In the fall of 2017, I tore my labrum in my shoulder and it required reconstructive surgery. After surgery, I sought out a physical therapist to help me get my health and mobility back. As a former athlete, I wanted someone who wouldn't always be easy on me but would really help me regain my strength. After doing my homework, I decided on calling Elite performance. It was the best decision. I ended up working with Dr. Paul for about 3 months. He paid extra attention to detail and really did a fantastic job of working with me as I built up my strength again. Dr. Paul knew what he was talking about, showed genuine care for me as a patient, and was always very aware of my pain levels and needs. He also took the time to explain why we were doing certain exercises and was very forthcoming about the importance of healing the right way after my injury.
