"I contacted Let's Talk b/c my teenage daughter expressed wanting to talk to somebody. I extensively reviewed different places & therapists before reaching out to Let's Talk & did so b/c of the great reviews & I felt Drue would be a good fit for my daughter. We got an initial appointment scheduled but was texted the day of (Tues.) by Drue to reschedule due to "family emergency with husband". She offered to reschedule the next day or the following two days. I chose to reschedule the 2nd day after (Thursday, today). I receive a text message the day of, again, saying she was "hoping to feel better but" she is "still sick & would like to reschedule for Sat." I completely understand being sick or there being a family emergency but I feel as though I was lied to. How can you offer to schedule the next day but then still be sick 2 days later when the initial reason wasn't her being sick at all but an emergency with someone else??? Teenagers barely talk to their parents let alone ask for counseling but mine did & I thought I researched well & found a great place just for this disappointment. This was just trying to get in for a first time visit!! I informed Drue we would just find someone who wanted to help my daughter & of course received no response after that. Very disappointed."

"Let's Talk is a small but cozy operation. I got very lucky to find the perfect counselor for my needs and have the flexibility I need for my schedule. They're easy to correspond with and if I can't make it in, I can always schedule a Zoom session. Counseling is self care, and so far this has been the best place for me!"
