"So i set up an appointment but then decided to cancel but they decided to try and charge me 150$ for 2 straight months but the charge wouldnt go through so they split the charge into 75$ and 75$ and managed to steal 75 dollars which they refuse to refund now......."

"I love my therapist Caitlyn! The environment in the office is very zen and relaxing. My only complaint is the front office/manager is very rude and dismissive, she doesn't even look up or greet you when you come in. My first visit she acted like it was a HUGE job to help me set up my account on the Ipad and I witnessed her being extremally rude to other patients checking in having trouble with the IPad. The actions of the front office make or break a clinic (as I work in a medical environment too) and is the first impression for the entire clinic, you may want to consider that when checking in patients.... The only reason why I continue treatment with Mindset is my therapist."
