"I was basically a dollar sign to this doctor and apparently not worth the time to listen too. They charged me over double upfront my copay then told me my insurance would reimburse me. (Which my insurance thought was weird) The doctor talked more to the medical student in our meeting then to me. Then had me come in for 2 test (blood work and ultrasound) Blood work I was given a price before leaving that day. The day of my test they told me an additional $220 for an ultrasound. I asked if I could get the ultrasound done else where bc I work for a place that I could get employee pricing. Was told no it had to be in house. Told my blood could not be drawn else where that it must be there and sent to this special place to read ( $200 minimum). Over $500 I was to be charged in the two visits. They did not try to work with me so I could afford these test. Everything had to be there and their prices. After talking to some other doctors office and lab places. I could have had these test done cheaper and all sent back to this doctor. I left the doctors office with no test done, some other frustrations with this office, and feeling like all this world cares about is money. This doctor may help you with your needs but it comes at a hefty price."
