"Citrus Grill wasn't open so we came here. Thanks for the $90 lesson to never come back. I don't understand how this place was packed on a monday night. I also don't understand why Asian restaurants seem to think delivering your food item by item over the course of 6-10 minutes is acceptable. We came in together - we want to eat together. And our waiter never followed up so it was hard to order the additional food we did get. It was also too crowded - not just because they were busy but because they placed so many table and chairs too close. Like lining your hallway with table / chairs. The food was sub par and the ramen was way too salty. Not to mention the stupid sign on the entrance stating this is the only place in town to get ramen. And $16 for a snow cone bowl sucked. And stop with the snow cone bowls. Your are not fooling anyone. I want to get filled up with soup not attempted trickery with a 9" opening to reduce to a point. In the end we all went home and ate again to fill up. I don't understand this as an A plan destination - and it certainly didn't work for us as a B plan."
"Honestly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had. The service was terrible, we waited for an hour and 45 minutes for our sushi rolls and they still hadn’t brought them all out. Server was nowhere to be found. Just a bunch of high school employees wandering around aimlessly. Super sad to leave this review because the food we did get was actually decent. We ended up just standing up, walking back to the server and telling them we were leaving. No discount or anything offered. It’s obvious this place isn’t being run well and needs someone to overhaul their business processes and systems. Very disorganized and sloppy. Hope they can make some positive changes. Much better sushi options in the valley in my opinion."
"First Ramen place I've been to in Utah. Arrived right as they opened the doors at 5pm on a Friday night. Was seated very fast. Service was excellent, fast and attentive. Had the shrimp tenpura appetizer, which was a very good start. Then ordered a reg size bowl of Tonkotsu Ramen with the thin noodles. Slurped up every last drop and noodle! Will return to try other tasty bites there."
"The best sushi I've ever eaten was an incredible combination of flavors and textures that left me speechless. The rice was perfectly cooked, with just the right amount of vinegar and sweetness to balance out the other ingredients. The fish was so fresh that it practically melted in my mouth, with a delicate texture and buttery flavor that was simply unforgettable. The accompanying sauces and garnishes were perfectly balanced, adding just the right amount of spice and flavor to complement the sushi without overpowering it. Overall, it was an experience that I will never forget, and that has set the bar incredibly high for all sushi that I will eat in the future. Personalities of the chefs were a succulent bonus. The hamachi Kama (fried chicken fish) was amazing. Sorry, not sorry."
"The first time I came here was a Tuesday and my boyfriend and I were craving sushi so we decided to try it. Mike (the owner) was making our sushi that night and he was so delightful and made the night so much fun. The flavor profile is out of the world, along with the creativity! When I first started going there I didn't even like raw fish but Mike slowly got me to like it. Definitely the best fish in the valley and best sushi environment. We go here at least twice a week!! Our custom roll is called the Nix Roll, it has shishito peppers, avocado and tuna on the inside and then seared blue fin tuna and lemon on top! I highly recommend."
