"I was really looking forward to a nice bowl of ramen and unfortunately my friend and I were disappointed. We both ordered ramen with the tonkotsu both base but both of our broths tasted really fishy/ like seafood and tonkotsu is a pork bone broth. I've never had a tonkotsu that tasted like this before, I think they may have cooked some fish or something in the pot before cooking our ramen because I can't think of why else it would taste that way. The components of the ramen were tasty but I just couldn't overlook the seafood flavor. The appetizers were good but the server brought out the wrong app. The place is clean and I liked the atmosphere and the food is reasonably priced but sadly I don't think I'll be returning."
"Food was tasty. The coconut shrimp bun was so amazing. Omg! The ramen was good. Nothing special. I tried the duck. It was the right amount of spice. I would go back and try a rice dish."
"Stopped in here for lunch today. Our waitress was kind, quick, and attentive. The food was also good, and we had no complaints. What was frustrating however, was the staff, that would stand at the opening from the dining room to the kitchen, watching us eat and laughing, as if we weren’t doing something right, or they had done something to our food. There wasn’t a single moment that passed in the time we were there that the young woman and cook weren’t watching us and laughing, and at one point, even mimicking us and point at us. Very unfortunate that such a nice place has to have such poor behavior by the employees. We will not be back and I would encourage you to give your business to someone else."
"All-round very decent ramen, the flavors were there but I understand now why they toned down the flavor for American-Taste so it's not too over powering. The side dishes were AMAZING! Would highly recommend the gyoza & tokoyaki. Service was very friendly and the inside was a traditional splash of modern design, super cute! The only thing I was sad about, [As a Japanese-American was my Tomago ( Egg ) because it was a tiny bit cold when it came out with my ramen. But will return for sure to try the Yakisoba ( Fried Noodles) ! d=(^o^)=b"
