"Did a pickup order because I was in a hurry. Waited 20 minutes in the building to get my pickup order. There were 5 other people in front of me. They were all very irritated as well. Staff didn't say anything about the wait or inconvenience to anyone. Staff did talk to everyone who came in to place an order and put them first. I understand that you get slammed, it happens. However, my time is important as well. If I had known I would have gone next store to Cafe Rio. A little customer service goes along way. Will probably take my business to the Ft. Union Zupas."

"The brand new manager was wonderful! He made everyone feel welcomed and even checked with us to see how the food was. The food was great! We were very impressed by the manager."

"Cafe Zupas has always been a place I enjoy going to! In fact it was always my mother’s favorite place to have lunch or dinner! I just recently moved back to Utah and had my first zupas experience in a long while on Saturday night 02/03. When I arrived I was appalled at the cleanliness of the restaurant! Tables were all covered in dirty trays. I ended up cleaning off a table just so I could sit to eat. It didn’t end hear the staff seemed very overworked and understaffed! They were struggling to keep up with the customers in line let alone the many online orders that had piled up. Upon eating my food I took a couple bites before throwing the rest of my food away. The soup wasn’t warm anymore and my ham and Gouda sandwich was subpar with very stale bread. I was sad to see the condition of my favorite restaurant. Needed to say this location has been scratched from any future visit due to this being my first experience at this location."

"Normally I love Cafe Zupas, but I had the worst experience ever at this Zupas on 2/3/24. I came in at approximately 8pm, and the store was very dirty. None of the tables were bussed, and it looked really gross. I could tell the staff was slammed with online orders, which isn’t their fault, but it made the line move very slowly. With how busy the restaurant was, and how short handed they were, online ordering and DoorDash orders should have been turned off for the team to be able to better serve the custom in the store. There was one employee in line getting food as well. With how busy the store was, it didn’t seem like the appropriate time for someone to be taking a break. The quality of the food is normally great at Cafe Zupas, but tonight it was sub par. The tomato basil soup tasted sour, and the bread on my sandwich was stale. I’m very unhappy with my experience here, and I will never be back to this location again."
