"Such a cool new spot! There’s something for everyone no matter what you like. Provisions is unique and delicious, so it’s no surprise that they pulled it off again! Give me all the peppers, the buns, and the NOODLES of every kind. I can’t wait to go back for lunch and for dinner over and over again. Highly recommend!!"

"Had the pleasure of tasting a few, shareable dishes at Noodlehead, and it did not disappoint! I loved that the chef added a little unique, twist to each dish, helping truly reinforce the 'fusion' concept. We tried the charred shishito peppers, chicken wings, (incredible dipping sauce that leaves a little tingle on your tongue for later), chicken ramen and drunken noodles (pickled mustard seeds and pastrami slices were a lovely addition in creating a delicious, elevated version of this classic asian dish). The ambiance was chic and awesome and I look forward to revisiting to try more of their unique dishes soon!"

"This is such a great addition to the millcreek area! I love a fast casual spot with amazing food and a great atmosphere! We ordered the cucumbers, green beans, wings, drunken noodles, and Khao soi! Everything was 10/10 the cucumbers were refreshing but full of flavor, the wings had this amazing tingly rub but then also a flavorful sauce to dip it in, and the khao soi and drunken noodles were so so good. They also had these cute little sauce options on the table that were a great touch! The chili crisp and truff hot sauce were so fun to add to the dishes. This will be a new regular spot in my dining rotation I cannot wait to go back! Tyler, chase and Landon nailed it!"
