"Pepperoncinis was the best! You could smell the fresh food cooking when you walked in. There was almost never a place to sit. When I went yesterday, no one was there, which should have been my first clue. The normal sandwich I used to get was horrible and cold and taster old. Instead of the spicey sauce, it was mustard. I am so disappointed. Plus it's more expensive."
"I love Rio Sonora. The only reason I visited this place is because of them. The restaurant was VERY, VERY clean. I was impressed. No complaints there. The service was fine, and nothing was done wrong. I did have some issues with the food. We ordered tacos de carne asada. A burrito and Dogos (Sonoran hotdogs). Tacos: The tortilla was old. Very old. We use flour tortillas, so when they're old and you use them, they turn stiff and they're not the best tasting. The best was okay, they could've used better quality. However, I was blown away when I was charged $7 per taco. Other than the price, and if the product was fresh, I'd get the tacos again. The burrito was not authentic. It was your normal beto/rancherito burrito. Had rice and beans, meat, etc. It was flavorless. I would not get it again. The hot dog was the best part of our meal. I wish they added beans to it like we do back home, but it was still good. The bread for it was killer. 10/10 on that one."
"New owner is super nice. Nice breakfast burrito, enjoyed this for lunch today. It was huge and had a nice ratio of potato-egg-meat. I find a lot of places overdo it on the potatoes, but this was good. Some reviews are harsh, but I have enjoyed every visit since ownership changed hands. I would recommend this spot to anyone"
"I ordered the Pesto Grilled Cheese Panini. There were no Roma tomatoes and the cheese tasted like those Kraft Singles. They kept the same menu from Peppercini's but they do not use the same ingredients."
