"Went for St Patrick's and it was a blast! This place will be great for sporting events but for St Patrick's they had the firefighters bagpipe band come by and it was amazing! Food was great (tried the sampler) and the beer selection is pretty good. Plan to return to this place soon."

"Very nice sports bar with lots of seating. Clean, open space, with several smaller hide-away areas if you want a little more privacy. Burgers and fries taste great and are $15-$18 /meal. Nice selection of beer and cocktails. Super nice, attentive, and helpful waiter. Early dinner order for two came out nice & hot within just a few minutes"

"I tried the green chili burger with a side salad. The burger was delicious. The salad was good too, but the vinaigrette dressing was surprisingly sweet and not my favorite. Other people tried the steak sandwich and the avocado bacon burger and they were happy with their choices. The restaurant was loud because it is almost all hard surfaces. They had a guy playing guitar and singing that was very talented. Service was friendly and efficient."

"I was recommended a while ago to come because of the Lobster Mac and Cheese. I was finally able to come and it was great! The Lobster mac and cheese was great! We also ordered fish and chips and a caprese salad. I was there during a University of Utah game and it was a fun atmosphere. I ended up eating outside since the weather was still good and it was less noisy. People were having a great time and enjoying the different games everywhere! I totally recommend this place! Update: I took some friends and my husband on a non-game date and we ordered some other food. Everything is delicious! Hands down I recommend everything!"

"All reviews before September 2022 are for the previous establishment, The Royal. The Break has delicious food with generous portions. I loved the fries, the coconut shrimp, and the cocktail options. Our waitress was very attentive. I like the openness and bright atmosphere. The music playing from the speakers was too loud. Other than that, it’s a nice new addition to the neighborhood."
