"The nurses were always fantastic and kind, but I never felt listened to and felt dismissed by several of the doctors here. Half of them did listen, but for the other half I felt like they did not communicate with me very well and made me feel dumb for several questions that I had asked."

"Here is my review after 2 years and what I experienced: This place is really disappointing. They switch up doctors all the time, so every visit feels like a surprise. Dealing with the front desk on billing issues is a headache; they lead you to the wrong department, and it turns out it's not even the right one. The receptionists can be downright rude, cutting you off and making you feel like you're wasting their time. The silver lining? The ultrasound techs are the real stars – super kind and understanding. But honestly, if you're expecting twins, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. University of Utah is a way better option; they've got your back without the unnecessary stress. I won't be giving this place a second chance – it's just been a downright awful experience."

"Nothing but issues and arguments from the lady who does the scheduling. She is extremely rude and unprofessional I think her name is Mary, I had to reschedule an appointment because I had to work, and she tells me we need to schedule your nsts and you will be coming twice a wk, I told her I will be seeing my ob for those she proceeded to argue with me saying they must be done in their office and that If I want to do them with the ob I need to figure that out with him.(which I was already scheduled at his office and it wasnot her place or her say to argue about it) Then today I called to find out my next appointment and she told me it was canceled (the s a me day I scheduled and that I had called to cancel) which was totally incorrect she got a really bad attitude and says "fine, I'll have to reschedule for you" she then comes back from the hold and I was talking to my husband and she apparently caught the tail end of my conversation and rudely says "excuse me: to which I respond I obviously wasn't talking to you since I was on hold. Thankfully today my ob told me they will do the growth ultrasound at his office and then I will be having my baby in a few wks so i don't need to return"

"The staff and nurses here at MFM St. Marks Hospital are absolutely wonderful!! The atmosphere and environment of this office space is extremely positive and cozy. Everyone working here makes you feel safe and at home during appointments. Definitely a 10/10 experience. (:"

"Couldn’t recommend this practice enough. I received extensive care here during my twin pregnancy and was always met with respect, kindness, and appropriate education as needed. The nurses in the NST clinic are fantastic and make having to come in so often something to look forward to."
