"This Del Taco needs some Serious Help with management training! I waited in line for 10 minutes with the Manager sitting on break with another worker chatting. All the people in the back only cared about the drive thru and to go orders. I had to yell “CAN I PLEASE GET SOME HELP”? The manager at the table just snickered and Finally someone took my order! No Apology! And they acted put out that they had to help me! Unbelievable!!! Time is money and this Del Taco doesn’t care. The other night I waited stuck in the Drive thru for 20 minutes because they couldn’t figure out how to discount someone’s order .65cents!! No apology! I told them I would have gladly paid the .65 cents just to get out of line! This is the Worst Del Taco I have Ever been to!!!"

"It's grungy. Service is terrible. Food was meh. I stood at the register for almost 5 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I get it that they're busy, but a quick, "be w you in a moment" is part of their training that I didn't get. The gal mumbled when I asked a question and then she sighed, stared at me, shifted her weight, and then annoyed replied again clearer. When the total was ready to pay she mumbled again,.pointed, and walked away. I didn't do anything to upset them, I just came in and waited and ordered like a normal person. Food was not made right in that, the fast things were made first, and the slow things last, so almost 10minutes later, some of my food was cold."

"This was the worst experience with this location. My food was not prepared well at all. Inedible chicken taco because of all the grease and no lettuce or cheese. Opened snack taco and it’s missing most of the ingredients. Support on their website doesn’t work and neither does their phone. Not coming back this was awful."

"I go to the Del Taco quite often for breakfast, just on Saturdays. This morning it cost more than it normally does which I was confused by until I drove away only to find that they gave me french fries rather than hashbrowns. I don’t like their french fries I did not ask for french fries. I asked for a number 21 with bacon combo with a Diet Coke."

"I honestly love several Del Taco options. Their new Barria stuff is pretty darn good. Their fish tacos are my favorite. They are closer to what you can find on the street of Tijuana than anything else. Just really good. Fresh tomatoes, cabbage, lime. The snack size shakes are a perfect size, cheap, and delicious."
